I've installed the initialization for all the pages. But my site designed in such a way, that when I go to another page, from sign up to log in for example, it doesn't create a page view. Only historical change can track that? shall I remove the google tag with initialization at all? and add a custom page view tracker?

If you choose "Initialization - All Pages" for the trigger, rather than "All Pages", then you will be confused when you don't see that the tag fired for "Container Loaded" as shown in the video.

It doesn't seem to allow for special searches. For example, we have pages like "/pagename/randomNumber/itemKey". I would normally do something like ^/pagename/\\d.* to say that it has to start with "/pagename" and then be followed by a slash and one or more digits. This way I didn't get "/pagename/search/results".

Thanks, I think it is the most stupid thing what ga4 have: explorations is so powerful but for most of my clients it's useless because of this "issue", even if I recommend to do this setting, as you mentioned, I cannot use last 12 month after that, I have to only wait for 10 months to properly use yearly report. Hi Julius, thank you for the tutorial. Is it possible to track how many conversions I get from the visitors who landed on the site from a particular internal page? There are x2 referring pages before the form submission & thank you page. Like /service-page/ >> /request-quote/ >> /price-calculate/ >> /thank-you/ I'm wondering if I can find out how many conversions I get from visitors who landed first on /service-page/. Thanks :)

Hey Julius, thanks for info! I may be wrong, but if ever you want to compare all users versus a specific segment, the line that shows the total does the work for you, so there's no need to create an "All users" segment.

everything worked really well until the data displaying in analytics part, i can see events firing in the tag manager but its silence on the analytics debug page!!

Is the Google Tag (Initialization) always required for GA4 event? If we have tracking code manually added to the site, and we add the Google Tag will it duplicate the tracking? Thanks very much.
